Shahnameh Rostam earrings

These handmade earrings by Mitra Amini, an artist based in Virginia US, feature images from the Shahnameh on wooden tiles coated in resin. The images on the earrings are most likely related to Rostam and Tahmineh (one) and Rostam’s horse Rakhsh, which was the reason of their meeting (the other).
