Shahnameh shoulder bag

For the design of this handbag a fragment of a miniature painting was used. The source is a painting from the most famous Shahnameh manuscript commissioned by Shah Ismail (1487-1524). The most magnificent project was continued by his son Tahmasp after he became the Shah (1514–1576).
